Ben Schwartz is an Emmy award winning writer/actor from NY who currently resides in LA. He played Clyde Oberholt on "House of Lies" as well as Jean-Ralphio on "Parks and Recreation. He has written features for different studios and made the 2011 Blacklist for his re-make of the movie Soapdish for Paramount. He has four books out. Three with Harper Collins- Grandmas Dead: Breaking Bad News with Baby Animals, Why is Daddy in a Dress: Asking Awkward Questions with Baby Animals and Maybe Your Leg Will Grow Back: Looking on the Bright Side with Baby Animals. And one with Hachette titled Things You Should Already Know About Dating, You Fucking Idiot. He started as a freelance writer, faxing in jokes to Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update and the Late Show with David Letterman's monologue. He has a website devoted to the jokes that didnt make it to air as well as other short films he wrote, directed and acted in - RejectedJokes.com.He's performed at the UCBT since 2003 and has been a part of countless improv and sketch shows including the sketch/improv team Hot Sauce with Adam Pally and Gil Ozeri which performed at the 2007 Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival.
